This workshop introduces the issues of boundaries and ethical practice in the workplace. It gives participants the opportunity to explore issues around ethical decision-making that may arise in their roles through a number of scenarios.

By the end of this workshop participants will be able to:

  • define the concept of boundaries and explain the importance of boundaries and ethical conduct in the workplace
  • identify potential ethical dilemmas in the workplace
  • demonstrate the ability to consider alternate viewpoints when ethical dilemmas arise.

Every participant receives a workbook and information kit.
