Mental Health Awareness addresses some of the common myths surrounding mental illness with the aim of reducing stigma and increasing understanding. This three hour workshop also focuses on signs and symptoms of more commonly occurring mental health issues. Finally, the workshop will introduce the concept of mental health recovery.
