New Moves

Is a healthy lifestyle program which provides fun physical activities, healthy meals, peer support and discussion topics for people living with a mental illness aged 18-65 years. The program aims to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. It is a great way to improve your fitness whilst having fun. An exercise physiologist, a peer educator, and a support worker facilitate the group for 2 hours weekly. The program runs continuously for 24 weeks.
