Welcome to One Door Balgowlah

At Balgowlah, in the Northern Beaches, One Door Mental Health provides specialised mental health services – centre based services, NDIS and psychological and physical health services, individual service delivery, transition to NDIS and health care service.

One Door Mental Health Team, Balgowlah:

Balgowlah Mental Health Team focuses on providing a recovery oriented approach to working with individuals with severe and complex mental health issues. The program works in partnership with consumers to access the National Disability Insurance Scheme by supporting individuals all the way from testing their eligibility to implementing supports through their plan.

Through Health Care Balgowlah we may be able to help you assess your eligibility for the NDIS.

Psychological Services

Our Health Care team provides a wide range of psychological services accessible via Medicare, NDIS and user-pays. It’s never been easier to get access to help that helps. 

Physical Health Services

Our Physical Health team includes exercise physiologists, dietitians and access to healthy lifestyle programs - via Medicare and NDIS.

One Door Pioneer Clubhouse Balgowlah:

Pioneer Clubhouse is a community based program for adults who have or have been through a mental illness.  Participation in Clubhouse gives people the opportunity to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, meaningful work, employment, education and to access support and services.  Clubhouse is run by the members for members, with assistance and supervision from staff.

Clubhouse activities:

  • One-on-one support
  • Group activities
  • Office, restaurant, gardening employment training
  • Education support
  • Physical health activities
  • Gardening
  • Recreational and social outings
