At Chatswood, One Door Mental Health provides specialised mental health services – centre based services, NDIS and psychological and physical health services, individual service delivery, transition to NDIS and health care services.
Through One Door Chatswood we may be able to help you assess your eligibility for the NDIS.
Our Health Care team provides a wide range of psychological services accessible via Medicare, NDIS and user-pays. It’s never been easier to get access to help that helps.
Our Physical Health team includes exercise physiologists, dietitians and access to healthy lifestyle programs - via Medicare and NDIS.
Hercules House is a community based program for adults who have or have been through a mental illness. Participation in Clubhouse gives people the opportunity to rejoin the worlds of friendships, family, meaningful work, employment, education and to access support and services. Clubhouse is run by the members for members, with assistance and supervision from staff.

Our popular Wellness groups continue: Relaxation, Pet Therapy with Benny the Dog and Yelka’s Kittens, Colour Me Mindful – Adult Colouring.
Creative expression: Art Project; is getting creative twice a week, Mondays and newly added Thursdays, Creative Writing, and, newly added Drama Club – We will be exploring various theatrical skills such as improvisation and more as a form of self-expression and fun!
Social Groups; Coffee Club, Walking Group, Men’s and Women’s Groups, Tabletop Gaming and newly added Game Show – Be the host or contestant of one of many popular game shows such as The Price is Right, Celebrity Heads and Family Feud, and Movie Buffs – Watch a new release film on Netflix, discuss your favourite films and take park in testing your movie knowledge with quizzes! Workshops continue, this month’s topic is Anxiety – explore and understand what anxiety is, how to manage it and access the right supports for you; Hearing Voices Network Support Group continues every Friday at 1:30pm and newly added Book Club – We will be reading and discussing “All the Light we Cannot See” by Anthony Voerr over 4 weeks.
