One Door Physical Health runs various long and short term programs including:
a healthy lifestyle program that provides physical activity, nutrition education and peer support.
which organises group sports such as sailing, tennis, cricket and softball.
at Narrabeen offering 5 days of activity and friendship
10 week group program to help you cut down or quit smoking
for mental health staff, carers, clients to learn more about the connection between physical and mental health
such as New Moves or the Sports Camp, or individual work with an exercise physiologist or dietitian
