Mental Health Sports Network (MHSN)

Our Goal

The goal of Mental Health Sports Network (MHSN) is to give people with mental illness opportunities to improve both their mental and physical well being through engagement in sporting activities.

Sport is a fun way to get fit.  Choose from: ten pin bowling, cricket, softball, table tennis, tennis or softball

Annual Membership $10 per person


Tennis NSWPartnerships with sporting bodies, provide opportunities for training, sporting activities and competitions.

eg In 2012 we signed a partnership agreement with Tennis NSW.
