The purpose of this one day workshop is to equip participants with knowledge and skills to advocate for themselves and to overcome potential barriers during their recovery journey.

By the end of this workshop participants will be aware of:

  • what it means to be one’s own advocate
  • how to make one’s own choices on the recovery journey
  • practical ideas to support self-advocacy.
