Our first 'Friday Live'
Last Friday we did our first Q&A session via Facebook live called ‘Friday Live’.
One Door’s Jamie-Lee Radburn sat down with Philippa Boss our Physical Health and Wellness Co-ordinator to discuss the link between physical and mental health.
Friday Live will be broadcast at 1:30pm AEDT every Friday. You can take a look at last week’s video here. We encourage everyone to log onto our Facebook page at 1:30pm each Friday, ask questions via the comments to learn more about mental health and what we do at One Door.
