Support groups build hope and strength through sharing experiences, problems, solutions, ideas and friendship. Our support groups have been a core part of what we do since we began. There are now more than 50 support groups across NSW.

Art Competition
This is a biannual Exhibition and Competition to celebrate Schizophrenia Awareness Week. The prize is open to anyone regardless of having a mental illness or NOT. It aims to reduce prejudice, discrimination and stigma in the community, and to reflect and create hope for persons with any mental health issues.
