Frangipani House is an NDIS registered program supporting adults who are living with a psychological disability, experiencing isolation from the community and may be having difficulty with task of the day living. We provide centre-based group activities that focus on building social, recreational, vocational and psycho-educational skills in a safe and positive environment delivered by qualified and trained staff. We also offer individual support services and coordination of support to those with an NDIS package.
The Frangipani team are experienced at facilitating group program participation, and one-to-one supports for NDIS clients so individuals can work towards their goals.
