This Mental Health Month, One Door Mental Health invites you to join us for the 2026 Wellness Expo & Walk for Mental Health in Warners Bay, NSW.
Hosted by One Door and Mind Australia in partnership with The Suicide Prevention Network, this family-friendly event will bring people together to raise awareness of mental health, reduce stigma and connect people with local support and services.
Taking place at Warners Bay Foreshore Reserve on Saturday 3 October, the event includes a 3.2km return walk to Lions Park and a free Mental Health Expo featuring local mental health and wellbeing services. There will be plenty of seating along the walk if you need to take a break, and volunteers available to provide assistance where needed.
The Wellness Walk has been bringing communities together in various locations for more than a decade. This year you can register for the Warners Bay event as an individual or take part as a team with your family, friends, colleagues or community group. You can also fundraise to help support people experiencing mental health challenges.
The event is dog friendly, so well-behaved dogs are welcome to join on the day, provided they remain on a leash.
There will be plenty of activities happening throughout the day, including live entertainment, inspiring stories in the Storytelling Tent, drumming and dancing with Earthen Rhythms, entertainment from Rely-Ability, raffles, and a Chill Out Zone. Local service providers will also be in attendance, providing information and resources.
