Take the first steps towards finding mental health and wellbeing support that is best for you. The sooner you talk about your mental health, the sooner you’ll get the help and support you need.
If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, isolation, loneliness or burn-out because of the current pandemic, financial pressures or any other reason now is the time to reach out, even if you’ve never felt like this or asked for help before.
Head to Health is available to everyone in NSW. It’s for all ages, genders and cultural backgrounds.
Head to Health is a free service, funded by the Australian Government.
Why Health to Health is different?
When you call or visit a Head to Health service, you will speak to a trained professional who will ask you a series of questions to determine the level of care you need. This health professional has access to a wide range of services and can match you to the best solution for your care needs.
You will be guided through any referral processes to ensure you are well informed and not left behind. About a week later, your Head To Health contact will check-in with you to ensure you are happy with your treatment.
Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
