The Nourishing You program is specially designed for adults living or recovering from mental illness, and who want to get healthier and learn food-savvy life skills. Basically, we want to help you learn how to NOURISH your body and mind with wholesome, nutritious foods.
Individuals are able to utilise NDIS funding in order to participate. Taking part in the program may help you to get back in control of your eating habits; improve your mood, reconnect with REAL foods that help your body and mind flourish, gain handy cooking skills and recipes to make your own delicious meals, achieve a healthy weight for you and prevent serious diseases.
