Our Psychologists and Social Workers can assist you, if you are living with anxiety, depression, psychosis or other issues that are impacting on your mental health and wellbeing.
We take pride in being specialists in psychosis and other serious mental illnesses. We understand that the symptoms can be very distressing, and we can help you with the complex needs that can arise from living with a mental illness. We can assist with strategies to reduce the distress and help you on your path to recovery. The number of sessions you require will depend on your situation and goals.
Our team can also assist you deal with other life matters like relationship breakdowns, grief and loss, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
You can see your clinician in a one-on-one session or with a support person such as a family member, or partner. We use a recovery-oriented, strength-based approach.
