You in Mind 

Health Care is a provider of the You in Mind program for the South West Primary Health Network, providing psychological services for people who have a diagnosed mild to moderate mental illness. The services are provided by experienced mental health professionals (maximum of 12 hours per calendar year). Generally, a GP referral is required.

This service is available to:

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders;
• Culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) groups;
• Residents of Claymore, Airds and the 2168 postcode;
• Residents of Wollondilly and Wingecarribee with significant barriers to using Better Access (Medicare) Services;
• Identify as LGBTQI+
• Aged 65+ (non-dementia related)
• Experienceing pre/post natal depression
• Financial disadvantage
