One Door Mental Health Bega is home to reliable supports and services for people living with mental illness in south eastern NSW.  Bega offers one-on-one and group support for those living with mental illness through:

Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs)

Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) provides person-centred recovery for people living with a mental illness. One Door works with each person to develop and work on goals as part of their Individual Recovery Plan. Our work has demonstrated the recovery outcomes improve.
