Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs)

PHaMs services will progressively transition to NDIS. As an NDIS provider, One Door offers one:one support for people with an NDIS plan. The NDIS can be challenging to negotiate so either speak to your support worker or call us for more information.

Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) provides person-centred recovery for people living with a mental illness. One Door works with each person to develop and work on goals as part of their Individual Recovery Plan. Our work has demonstrated that recovery outcomes improve.

EPHaMs is a program that helps people develop their employment skills, increase coping skills and reduce anxiety levels in the workplace. This program also offers assistance with social and daily living skills, community engagement and offers volunteering opportunities.
