Welcome to One Door Nowra (Shoalhaven)

When living with a mental illness you need services from people who care and understand. One Door goes a step further in that some of our staff have lived experience of mental illness, so we have walked your path before you. In Nowra we provide a wide range of services that are focused on building your capacity and supporting your recovery.

One Door Nowra offers:

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

One Door Nowra staff are available to assist One Door clients with NDIS applications and services.

We also have staff at One Door who could provide Coordination of Support for clients with NDIS packages.

If you have clients who already have NDIS packages and would like to access our services, please contact us and we are happy to assist you and/or your client.

Disability Employment Services (DES)

One Door Mental Health is a service provider for Disability Employment Services (DES) on behalf of Ostara Australia.

If you are looking for work we can help you prepare a resume, provide training for employability skills, practice interview skills and assist in finding a job that suits you.
