Connector empowers people living with mental health challenges to build their capacity to live well and connect with others.

Our Connector team have lived experience and can assist you on your recovery journey. We can support you to explore individual dreams and interests while you continue to work and live in the community.

The Connector program harnesses a strength based and recovery-oriented approach.

We accept referrals across the Western Sydney Local Health District. This includes the councils of:

  • Blacktown City Council
  • Parramatta City Council
  • Cumberland Council
  • Hills Shire Council

This program is designed to support individuals living with severe and persistent mental health conditions, who are not eligible for the NDIS, with individual support and group-based activities that build their capacity to live well. Connector is a voluntary, non-crisis program.
