North Shore Mental Health Support Group
Monthly(except January) catch ups or a topic driven discussion by an invited guest speaker followed by supper and socializing.
Who attends the group:
Welcomes both carers and consumers and aims to provide up-to -date information via speakers usually at the bi monthly “online” meeting. Additonally, our bi-monthly “in-person” meeting provides opportunity for one-to-one sharing of experiences and exchange of information.
Time and place of meeting:
When: 1st Thursday of each month
Time: 7.00 pm
Venue: Hercules House, 49 Hercules St, Chatswood
