Kathi comes with over 25 years experience working and leading government and non-government mental health services. For the past two years, she has worked as the Director of Community and Clinical Services for Parramatta Mission, developing and expanding clinical, psychosocial and homelessness services in New South Wales. Kathi comes to One Door Mental Health with an extensive experience in developing innovative services and enabling transformational change for organisations.
