COVID-19 Guides & Resources

We have compiled several resources to help you protect yourself and others and stay informed during the COVID-19 outbreak.

As an essential service, One Door Mental Health will continue to deliver services for the people we support in line with NSW Government advice.

Coronavirus is also called COVID-19. Coronavirus can spread from an infected person’s mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe.

Evidence suggests that the virus spreads mainly when someone:

• is in close contact with an infected person.
• spends longer periods of time with an infected person in poorly ventilated and/or crowded indoor settings
• touches surface that has been contaminated by the virus.

COVID-19 affects different people in different ways. Therefore, it is very important that everyone follows safe measures in place to keep yourself and our community safe.

We have compiled several resources to help you to stay informed, protect yourself and help stop the spread of COVID-19.
