2023 Competition is Now Open
Out From The Mist is a photography, short movie and music competition hosted yearly by the Mental Illness Fellowship of Australia (MIFA), our national industry body. This competition hopes to capture the breadth of diversity, from the experiences of pain and suffering, caring and empathy for loved ones, through to the elation of conquering obstacles.
You don’t need to be a professional or hold any qualifications to enter and anyone can participate including our staff and the people we support. All stories are valid and welcome.
Competition is open from 3rd July to 1st September 2023 with the awards night on world mental health day, 10th October.
