Casula - Strong and Social
Strong and Social are mutual support groups designed to help people maintain their mental health, stay connected with others who understand and overcome isolation. Strong and Social are wellness focussed rather than illness focussed.
Who attends the group:
A mutual support and social group for people who have had the experience of mental illness.
Walk/talk in the Regional Park, snacks at the cafe, check out the Art Gallery. The walk is led by Hanh.
Time and place of meeting:
Date: 3rd or 4th Saturday each month
Time: 10:30 am
Venue: Casula Powerhouse Arts Centre
