One Door Mental Health 2022-2024 Strategic Plan
During 2021, One Door Mental Health developed our Strategic Plan for the next three years. The Plan, which commenced on 1 January 2022, was developed in consultation with our staff, the people we support, our members and subscribers, and our Consumer Consultative Committee and Carer Reference Group - alongside our Board of Directors and Leadership team. Listening to the voice of lived experience was front and centre in the planning process and you will see that this continues in the goals we have set for the organisation.
Our Strategic Plan 2022-2024 sets out our six Strategic Priorities, focusing on the people we support, our community, and our team. It will help us to focus our energy and resources, create momentum, and allow us to be resilient and remain flexible as an organisation. Most importantly, it brings us back to our purpose – guiding our decision-making to create a thriving organisation that makes a positive difference for the people we support. We hope that the direction we have taken will resonate with you as we strive towards the future we seek - a world in which people living with mental illness are valued and treated as equals.
