Dietitian and Nutritionist
Michelle Hsu is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with a strong passion for understanding human behaviour around eating and health. Michelle takes an all-rounded approach to health and well-being for body and mind. She works in research and community dietetics, with particular interest in mental health, chronic disease management and behaviour modification for long term health changes. Michelle runs a government-funded childhood obesity program, Go4Fun, as well as One Door Health Care's Nourishing You program.
Accredited Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist
Paul Cremen is registered with Exercise and Sports Science Australia and has been working in health and fitness for the last fifteen years. Paul has delivered the New Moves Healthy Lifestyle program for One Door Mental Health in a variety of settings. Paul ‘s major clinical interest is the use of exercise and lifestyle interventions to manage mental illness, persistent pain and fatigue. He takes a biopsychosocial approach to his work and believes that exercise builds resilience.
